We named this one for what it actually does. A hard climb clears more than your legs โ it clears space for a fresh niyyah. The summit is sponsored, so the effort raises something beyond the personal. Coming back down, the only plan for day two is rest, water, and whatever pace your body asks for.
Every climb starts with why you're really doing it. We open Saturday with a word on that before a single boot hits the trail.
Coming back down a mountain is its own kind of returning โ tired, lighter, and glad to be back among good people.
A night under the fells and a morning by the river have a way of putting the rest of life back in perspective.
This is the part you sponsor people for.
Tents up, kit dropped, everyone welcomed in. A short orientation and a word on intention before we set off.
Guided to the roof of England, at a pace the group can hold together. Every participant sponsored, with funds raised going to Badr Community. Packed lunch on the trail.
Boots off, tea on. Maghrib in congregation, followed by a short reminder to land the day.
A proper halal feast cooked together over the coals โ the reward for the climb, shared around the fire.
Isha under skies genuinely dark enough to see them. Time around the fire to talk, or just sit, before sleep.
No itinerary to keep to. Breakfast cooked together โ then the day is yours.
A short scramble up to the falls above camp. Nothing technical โ just a good reason to get moving.
Cold, clear, and exactly as bracing as it sounds. Entirely optional, deeply recommended.
Tea, a book, or just the sound of water. Some of the best conversations happen sat on these rocks.
Badminton, football and archery, ready whenever you fancy them โ no booking required.
Everyone cooks breakfast together on camp โ a proper start to the final morning.
Sandwiches and something easy, whenever the morning's activities wind down.
A short closing circle and du'a. Camp packed down by our team โ you just head home.
Canvas bell tents, mattresses and warm bedding, fully set up before you arrive.
Lunch on the trail, the Saturday BBQ, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday โ all included.
Led by our experienced guide team, paced to suit the group.
A dedicated space for salah throughout, with reminders woven into the rhythm of the stay.
Toilets, water and washing facilities across the site.
Every piece of kit carried to site and away again by our team โ nothing for you to arrange.
A working basecamp at Seathwaite, in Borrowdale โ one of the most beautiful inhabited valleys in England. A beck runs past camp, the fells rise straight from the field, and the foothills of Scafell Pike start more or less where the tents end.
Spaces are limited to keep the group close-knit on the hill and unhurried back at camp.
